I'm Joseph Laubinger after 25 yrs as a graphic artist in the advertising industry. I started my real estate career in 1986 acquiring properties to rehab and rent out. In 1992 I became an Illinois licensed Realtor serving Lake and Mchenry Counties. Became licensed in Wisconsin in 1995, serving Kenosha and Walworth Counties in Wisconsin.

My real estate career has taken me from a small local office for the first 1.5 yrs. Then to Century 21 for the next 3 yrs. In 1995 I signed on with Remax for the next 10 years of my career. I have earned the 100% club award for 5 consecutive years for producing more than 5 million plus in sales per year. Also earned 3 Executive awards for producing 3-5 million in sales per yr. and 2 Presidents awards for 1.5-3million in sales per yr. Joining Homebase Realty as partner in 2006 taking the company into the high tech electronic Internet level, while still maintaining the old fashion way of doing business.
